Prophecy of Mfumu Kimbangu
Prophecy of Mfumu Kimbangu in Mbanza Nsanda on September 10, 1921.
On Saturday September 10, 1921 at 9 a.m. in Mbanza Nsanda (Kongo Central), Mfumu Kimbangu said this to his people :
Every human being has received a specific gift to testify to the greatness of our Creator. God speaks through the men He chooses. Saturday, September 10, 1921 was a specific day for the Black Man. At the very beginning of the morning church service, around 9:00 a.m., the Great Prophet Kimbangu entered the enclosure made of branches, his face was grave, his gaze was lively and He addressed the crowd in these terms :
My Brothers, the Spirit came to reveal to me that the time has come to surrender me to the authorities. Keep this in mind, with my arrest, a terrible period of unspeakable persecution will begin for myself and for a very large number of people. We will have to stand firm, for the Spirit of our Almighty God (Mpeve ya Batata Nzambi’a Mpungu Tulendo) will never abandon us. He has never abandoned anyone who puts his trust in Him.
The governmental (colonial) authorities (Mfumu za Luyalu) will impose a very long silence on my physical person, but they will never succeed in destroying the work I have accomplished, because it comes from our God the Father. Certainly, my physical person (Kinsuni kiame) will be subjected to humiliation and suffering, but my spiritual person (Kimpeve kiame) will fight against the injustices sown by the peoples of the Dark World who came to colonize us, because I was sent to liberate the Peoples of Kongo (Kula minkangu mia Kongo) and the Black Race of the World (Zindombe zazo). The Black Man will become White and the White Man will become Black, for the spiritual and moral foundations, as we know them today, will be deeply shaken. Wars will persist across the world, Kongo will be free, and so will Africa.
But the decades following the liberation of Africa will be terrible and atrocious, because all the first rulers of free Africa will work for the benefit of the Whites. A great spiritual and material disorder will set in. The rulers of Africa (Minyadi mia Katiopa) will, on the advice of the Whites, lead their respective populations into murderous wars and will kill each other. Misery will set in and many young people will leave Africa in the hope of seeking well-being in the countries of the Whites. They will speak all the languages of the Whites. Among them, many will be seduced by the material life of the white people. Thus, they will become the prey of the Whites (Nkuta Mindele). There will be a lot of mortality among them and some will never see their parents again.
It will take a long time for the Black Man to acquire his spiritual maturity. This will allow him to acquire his material independence. Then the Third Step will be accomplished. It is in that step a Great Divine King (Mani Kongo) will be born. He will come with his Three Powers (a Makandala): Spiritual Power (Kinzambi), Scientific Power (Kimazayu) and Political Power (Kimayala). I Myself will be the Representative of this King, I will put an end to the humiliation that has been inflicted on blacks since the earliest times. For, of all the races of the Earth, none has been so mistreated and humiliated as the Black Race.

A thief must be seized with the object he has stolen. We will have our own Sacred Book (Makongo), in which hidden things will be written for the Black Race and the Kongo Peoples. It will be transcribed using a writing (Mandombe) that I myself will come to inspire you. A Teaching Instructor (Nlongi) will come before my return to write this Book and prepare for the arrival of the King. He will be fought by the generation of his time, but little by little, many people will understand and follow his teaching. For without this Teacher (Nlongi’a Kongo), who will prepare the Kongo Peoples ? For the King’s arrival will be very murderous and without forgiveness. So, the peoples of Kongo must be educated before this event.
You don’t know yet what a spiritual war is. When the Kongo Peoples begin to free themselves, any country that dares to attack Kongo will be engulfed under the waters. You do not yet know the power of Those who are sent by the Almighty Father (Nzambi’a Mpungu Tulendo). What is the point of man attacking God if, on the day of his death, even though he had many material possessions, he does not even have time to straighten his finger ? You don’t know what your life is made of and why you live, because to exist physically is to appear as almost nothing. Why kill your neighbour and hope to stay alive, and for how long ? God is neither time nor space. He is a Whole in the Whole (Wena wa Kalunga).
The Kongo generation will lose everything, they will be confused by the perverse teachings and moral principles from the European world (Mavanga ma bisi Mputu). They will no longer know the marital principles of their ancestors, they will ignore their mother tongue. So I urge you not to neglect or despise your mother tongues. You have to teach them to your children and your grandchildren, because there will come a time when the languages of the white people will be forgotten. God the Father gave each human group (Nkangu’a Bantu) a language that serves as a covenant of communication (Nsinga wa mbila).
Prepare yourselves for prayer, so let’s pray :
Prayer to all of you Angels of the Heavenly Throne, source of our existence,
Prayer to You the Seven Angels who sit at the Court of Almighty God,
Prayer where the Sun rises and where the Sun sets,
Prayer to the East and the West,
Prayer to You our Creator (Ne Mbumba Lowa),
Prayer to you our God, Governor of Humanity (Mpina Nza),
Prayer to all of you Angels of the Earth and the Air (Mbasi za Ntoto ye za Mupepe),
Prayer to all of you Angels who govern the Waters and the Fire (Mbasi za Maza ye za Tiya),
Prayer to You the Great Kongo Spirit (Ne Muanda Kongo),
Prayer to all of you the Angels of War who govern the Center of Kongo (Zita dia Nza),
Prayer to all of You the Angels of Victory (Mbasi za Lunungu) who are struggling in the four corners of Heaven and Earth,
In the name of the work that You have entrusted to me in front of the Heavens and the Earth, I repeat it three times : Make sure that Your holy blessing can fill the hearts of those who will rise up to help the people of Kongo,
I repeat it to You three more times and I am addressing myself to those who will despise my work out of ignorance, I will implore our Father Creator so that he forgives them and opens the way to understanding for them, but woe betide those who will use knives, arrows, guns, poisons, witchcraft, bewitchment or any other means of nuisance to cause death and desolation to the Peoples of Kongo.
These kinds of thugs, whether they are white or black, whether they are Bakongo or Bangala, whether they are Baluba or Baswahili, are Spirits of Darkness (Mpeve za bunzimbu).
I swear on behalf of all the Envoys who have been killed in Kongo, Africa, Asia, America and Europe, that their Spirits curse these despicable individuals, that they be destroyed and sent to the spiritual prisons of Heaven,
I ask and I command it to You the Angels of Heaven and Earth to lead a merciless fight against these kind of individuals who are against human and divine progress (Mpeve za Ntemo wa Bantu),
I repeat it three more times in front of the Heavens and the Earth, woe betide those who continue to seek desolation in the four corners of the World,
Come oh God the Almighty Father (Nzambi’a Mpungu Tulendo), I call you and all the Angels of War (Mbasi za Mvita) to lead a fight against this world of darkness (Nsi ya Bubu),
Woe betide those who continue to strengthen slavery and the colonization of Black Peoples,
You are a living God, I implore you incessantly (Ngieti ku fiongonena) in the name of the blood shed by all Your Envoys and their humiliations,
I ask you and I recommend it to you oh God of Love (Ne Kongo Kalunga), come with your Angels from Heaven and Earth to destroy this humanity of darkness (Mahanza ma Kibubu) which continues to mock Your Majestic Love,
I ask that the war break out again in Europe (Mvita yabua diaka ku Mputu) so that the Black race wakes up and can assume a maturity that they had lost since the most remote times,
May your covenant be sanctified and bless the Peoples of Kongo and the Black race of all humanity.

Note:
Mfumu KIMBANGU, whose name means “the one who reveals hidden things” was born in Nkamba in 1887.
In 1921, Ne Muanda Kongo consecrated Mfumu KIMBANGU to awaken all the Bakongo.
On September 12, 1921, his birthday, Mfumu Kimbangu was arrested by the Belgian colonial authority in Nkamba.
Mfumu Kimbangu, born on 12 September 1887 in Nkamba died on 12 October 1951 in Lubumbashi where he was imprisoned.
In accordance with Mfumu Kimbangu’s request, the war in Europe took place between 1940 and 1945. In accordance with his prophecy, the announced Instructor arrived in the person of Ne Muanda Nsemi, the latter produced several publications on Bukongo including the sacred book called “Makaba” or “Makongo” and did a lot for the awakening of the Congolese people and the restoration of Kikongo language as well as Kongo spirituality and culture. The sacred writing called “Mandombe” is already there as well.
The peoples of Africa are beginning to wake up and break the chains of imperialism established by colonization and are on their way to the second independence, the one that will grant them true sovereignty.
All that remains is the arrival of Nkua Tulendo for this prophecy to be completed.
